“I can’t recommend Braulio and Classic Tailor Feel enough. My partner and I bought our suits from Todd Snyder for a friend’s wedding, but they couldn’t get the tailoring done in time. With the wedding the following Saturday, I called Classic Tailor Feel on Monday afternoon and spoke with Braulio, who told me to come by ASAP. My suit needed quite a bit of work. As a broader, muscular guy, the shoulders fit well, but the rest of the jacket was too big. Within 30 minutes, Braulio had everything pinned exactly where it needed to be, from shortening the sleeves to taking in the sides and back. My partner’s suit needed the sleeves shortened, but they had been previously marked up. Braulio promised both suits would be ready by Friday at 5:30 PM. When I checked in that afternoon, he assured me he would get them done, but later texted to let me know he needed a little more time. What happened next is the reason I’m writing this review. At 9:20 PM that night, Braulio hand-delivered both suits to us in Williamsburg. Braulio went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for the wedding. Yes, the suits took a little longer than expected, but he delivered on the day he promised after a rush. Not to mention, the work was INCREDIBLE. I had purchased a patterned suit and Braulio worked to ensure that all of the pieces matched up exactly. We both received so many compliments at the wedding and I will be wearing this for a long time to come. That kind of personal service, coupled with high quality work, is rare. It meant a ton to us, and it’s the kind of customer service that sticks with you. Braulio won a customer for life. If you need a tailor who genuinely cares about his customers AND delivers incredible work, look no further.”
